Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manufacturing-focused Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within a world-class manufacturing environment.

You'll be responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing automation, facilities engineering, and technical support for high-volume production, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering across NPI, automation, facilities and production support.
• Drive successful industrialisation of new products from design to full-scale manufacture.
• Deliver automation and capital investment projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to deliver engineering excellence.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong background in NPI, automation and process improvement.
• Experience delivering capital projects and manufacturing improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
